1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made through the Darven website, operated by Séverin / Darven, to any individual or legal entity wishing to purchase the products offered.

By confirming their order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The items offered are high-quality leather goods, handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Each product is described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur, as each piece is unique.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The Customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to their cart, and then confirms their order after accepting these Terms and Conditions.

The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Darven reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the Customer or non-payment of a previous order.

5. Payment

Payment for purchases is made online by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure payment method offered on the Site.

The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier selected.

Darven cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

If a package is damaged, the Customer must file a claim with the carrier and notify Darven within 48 hours by filling out the form available in the “Contact” section.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a legal right of withdrawal, which you may exercise in accordance with the terms set forth in Articles L221-18 and L221-20 of the Consumer Code, provided you meet the conditions specified in those provisions, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and properly packaged. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, your right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is attributable to the Seller.

8. Warranties

The Seller warrants that the delivered products are in compliance with the specifications.

If a defect is confirmed, the Customer may request an exchange or a refund.

Normal wear and tear on leather, whether due to age or use, does not constitute a defect.

Every piece you receive is one-of-a-kind, hand-dyed and handcrafted, with its own unique story. This means your accessory will be unlike any other. As a result, the photographs on the website may differ slightly from the item you receive.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, photos, designs, logo, brand name) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

11. Personal Data

The data collected during the ordering process is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a matter of priority. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
