Delivery is a crucial factor for my customers. Here’s what I offer and what you can expect:

Once your order has been placed, I will provide you with an estimated delivery time:

• For items in stock, shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days.

• For custom-made items or those that are not in stock, please allow about three weeks for manufacturing, plus shipping time.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Shipping is faster within mainland France and the European Union, while for destinations outside the EU, there may be additional delays, particularly due to customs formalities.

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may be charged upon receipt of the package, depending on the laws of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

I take special care with the packaging: I use sturdy packaging to protect your item and prevent damage.
